Job Title:        Parking Supervisor

Reports To:    Parking Manager 

FLSA Status:  Hourly Seasonal    



Assist leadership team in supervising the Parking crew. Oversee daily operations of the Parking Department.



  • Supervise the Parking Department and assist RV operation.Direct the traffic, motorists, and vehicle parking of resort guests, buses, employees, and RV's using hand motions, flags, and flashlights as needed.
  • Assist guests with tows, lockouts, jump starts, and parking or vehicles.
  • Assist with the Transit department as needed.
  • Directly supervise employees in the Parking Department, assigning tasks as appropriate.
  • Snow removal of parking lots and Parking & Transit building areas.
  • Provide guests with directions and answers of resort information in a friendly and helpful                            
  • Place and remove parking barricades, cones, and signs to open and close parking lot areas.
  • Assist in overseeing parking fee collections.
  • Ensure company policies, department procedures, and safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and fuel tanks as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and assigning attendants’ work areas.
  • Inspect parking areas for safety.
  • Count vehicles and complete department reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Parking Manager.


A valid Washington State Drivers License, MVR, and a clean driving record. Previous guest service experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. A strong safety oriented leader, with “lead by example techniques” with the ability to lead inexperienced parking attendants. Must be service industry oriented and have positive energetic attitude. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory background screening.  Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision. The employee must work in a variety of winter weather conditions and with a wide range of employee and guest-related problems. Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
