Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Assistant

Reports To: F&B Data Admin, F&B Office Manager
Status: Non Exempt, Seasonal Hourly
This position provides support to the F&B Data Admin primarily with the back office inventory control & processing, as well as with all of the business functions that this department is responsible for within the F&B Division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some experience in operational food and beverage management and/or purchasing in an F&B environment is desired. Understanding of layered database information is essential. Experience with Compeat software or other purchasing software highly desired. Must be able to understand and apply financial techniques, and purchasing. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
AA degree or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Attention to detail and ability to reconcile detailed math problems. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. General computer knowledge, knowledge and proficiency in database environment, and specific competence in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Washington state food handlers permit recommended, but not required.
